Damien has acquired a wide variety of academic, practical and commercial experience before taking the role of Managing Director of Fineline Timbers. Damien has experience in many roles within the timber industry including sales, finance and management. Damien also has experience in landscape and interior design.

Damien holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University and has studied both Teaching and Law at Bond University.

Justin’s family can be traced back within the timber industry for some 50+ years. His grandfather was instrumental in the development of the Melco timber and hardware group. Justin has followed in his grandfather’s step and has been in the timber industry for some 19 years.

Justin has a wide range of experience in both wholesale and trade timber sales. He also is very adept at logistics and general operations.

Justin says, “I feel like I have come full circle, I started in a family company and now I am back in another family based company, looking forward to developing my management skills and taking Fineline far into the future.”
