Internal / External Sales Representative – Timber Industry
Our company is a friendly retail/trade timber merchant in the Logan area. We have been established for over 25 years, but have recently undergone a major structural change. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic sales representative with timber experience. This opportunity is ideal for a highly-motivated individual who prides themselves on customer service and wants to build an extensive clientele base and reap the financial rewards for their effort. We have a highly experienced team to assist the right person reach their potential.
Position
The role will include the following duties:
- Source new opportunities to achieve targets
- Build and sustain relationships with existing clients
- Promote the company
- Demonstrate a high level of timber knowledge
- Integrate with internal staff to produce excellent customer outcomes
Key Attributes:
It is essential that the applicant demonstrates a high level of the following attributes:
- A strong knowledge of timber and hardware
- Experience in selling to trades people, builders and home renovators
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Organisational ability and attention to detail
- Computer Skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Outstanding personal presentation, enthusiasm and confidence is a must
The Package:
This role offers an attractive base salary, car allowance and an uncapped commission structure.
